About our founder


Bethany Klebanov, Ph.D.

An experienced data scientist highly skilled at applying analytics and business intelligence within a variety of industries (ranging from insurance to telecommunications to manufacturing) and business units (marketing, sales and supply chain) by turning massive amounts of data into actionable business intelligence through benchmarking, reporting, and data visualization. 


Data Integration – Skilled at combining disparate data sources, both internal and 3rd party, to achieve a richer, fuller view of end customers characteristics and buying behaviors.


Data Analytics – In-depth knowledge of customer profiling, segmentation, predictive modeling; experienced in data analysis software including SAS, SPSS, and OLAP tools; thorough knowledge of third-party data sources to enhance targeted marketing (demographics, firmographics).


Data Visualization – Expertise in creating customized dashboards using Tableau.


Marketing – Expertise in the design, implementation and measurement of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across the customer life-cycle (acquisition, cross-sell, loyalty and win-back) both internally and as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies across industries.


Sales Operations – Experience layering market growth and opportunity data with customer propensity to buy segments, market share and partner coverage.


Communication – Ability to effectively communicate data analysis/statistical modeling results to non-technical colleagues and senior level management.


Leadership – Experience leading, mentoring and managing cross-functional teams including advanced level statistical analysts and IT developers across multiple locations.


Global Perspective – Experienced working with cross functional global teams at Avaya, Nortel, Symphony EYC, and DemandTec (IBM).
